Appointment Information

Patients are typically seen by a physician referral. We request that the referring physician's office call to schedule your initial visit. To make a follow-up appointment, please call (704) 982-2260 during normal office hours.

First Visit
Each new patient is asked to print and complete the new patient forms. Please bring your insurance card and any prescription medication bottles. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete registration and other paperwork. If you have not completed the online forms, please arrive 30 minutes early to complete this paperwork in our office.

Emergencies
Our physicians are on-call 24 hours a day to offer help to patients in need. If you have an urgent problem, after hours or on a holiday, please call NorthEast Medical Center at (704) 783-1275.

Cancellation Policy
Please call to cancel any appointments you will be unable to keep at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer these appointments to other patients in need of treatment.
