Prescription Refills

Please review your medication supply regularly to ensure you do not run out. On routine medication refills, please call your pharmacy directly. In the event you are out of refills, please call (704) 982-2260. Please have all the following information when you call:

•  Patient's name
•  Patient's date of birth
•  Patient's telephone number
•  Name of medication
•  Medication instructions
•  Name of pharmacy
•  Pharmacy telephone number
•  Provider's name

Routine refill requests received before 2:00 p.m. are typically processed the same business day, Monday through Friday. Calls received after 2:00 p.m. may be handled the next business day. Patients may check with their pharmacies after 4:00 p.m., as MOST refills have been processed by this time.

The on-call physician does not have access to your medical record and will not be able to call in refills.
